Camera Tossing

Something I discovered during my last 365 project was camera tossing.  Aim your camera at a light source and press the shutter as you throw your it into the air.  A long shutter speed creates some interesting patterns.

    1. Pam and Jan, I should have mentioned that I did this with my point and shoot. Easier to catch than a DSLR and not as horrible if I did drop it.

  2. That's so cool! I would never try that unless a mattress was below my camera, as I'm not so great at catching things!

  4. Oh, good tip. I have no idea if I can even set my P&S to do something like this. I'll have to check. Last night I tried "painting" w/ my DSLR but I'm not very good at it at all. Didn't help that I could only find a white light.
