In my image I played around with a retouching technique called frequency separation.
Very pretty, love the high key effect.

DeleteFrequency separation is a technique where you can put the details on one layer and the color on another so that you can smooth the skin tones without losing details. Trying to avoid that bad retouching where the skin just looks like paste.
